摘　　要：研究生导师制改革是研究生培养机制改革的核心和焦点。当前研究生导师制改革主要以导师负责制和导师资助制为核心,以强化科学研究为导向,改革取得了初步成效,但改革力度还不够大,改革范围还不够宽,改革尚存在很多不足。进一步推进和深化改革,促进改革的多元化,是今后导师制改革亟待解决的难题。Reform in the graduate tutor system is the core and the focus of the reform of the graduate cultivation system.Although preliminary success has been achieved in the reform by establishing a graduate tutor responsibility system and a tutor-funding system and strengthening scientific research,there are still some deficiencies such as the inadequacy and the limited scope of the reform.So the reform needs promoting,deepening and pluralizing.
