地方高校师资队伍结构的聚类分析——以福建农林大学为例

摘  要:大学水平的高低直接取决于大学中的师资队伍水平,师资队伍结构不良将影响师资队伍整体水平的发挥。以福建农林大学为案例,选用高职称教师比例、中青年教师比例、高学位教师比例、具有外校学缘教师比例作为衡量师资队伍结构状况的指标,使用聚类分析法分析的结果显示:总体上学校师资队伍结构好;在16个学院中,师资队伍结构属于好的有8个,属于较好的有3个,属于中的有3个,属于差的有2个。各个类别的师资队伍结构特征,可以为相应学院的师资队伍建设和规划提供参考。聚类分析方法也可为其他地方高校解决师资队伍结构不良问题提供新的视角。Quality of education in colleges and universities depends greatly on the ranks of their teachers.A poor teacher structure will exert negative influence on the overall performance of all the teachers.Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a case,this paper classifies the teacher structure of its 16 schools into 4 groups: the good,the fairly good,the average and the poor by making cluster analysis with the proportion of high-ranked teachers,the proportion of young and middle-aged teachers,the proportion of teachers with high academic degrees and the proportion of non-local consanguinity of scholarships as its 4 indexes.The results show that the teacher structure of the university is quite good as a whole,and among the 16 schools,8 belong to the fairly good,3 the good,3 the average and 2 the poor.The features of each class can be used to provide relevant schools with reference for the construction of the ranks of teachers.And cluster analysis can also be employed to solve the problem of poorly structured teacher group for other local institutions of higher learning.
