楂七降脂袋泡茶对高脂血症大鼠血脂及肝组织的影响

摘　　要：目的观察楂七降脂袋泡茶对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及肝组织的影响。方法以喂基础饲料方法建立SD大鼠正常组,以喂高脂饲料方法建立高脂血症大鼠模型。给大鼠成模后,随机分为模型组、血脂康组和楂七降脂袋泡茶高、中、低剂量组。连续灌胃给药30 d后,从颈A采血测定血脂各项指标,采血后处死剖腹进行形态学显微镜检。结果对大鼠体质量的影响:造模后与对照组比较,模型组(P>0.05);给药后与模型组比较,血脂康组和楂七降脂袋泡茶高、中、低剂量组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);楂七各剂量组间比较(P>0.05)。对大鼠血脂的影响:与模型组比较,楂七降脂袋泡茶剂组及血脂康组TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,HDL-C水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对大鼠肝组织的影响:模型组肝组织损害严重,肝细胞几乎全部破坏,间质增生,并可见大量炎性细胞浸润;楂七降脂袋泡茶剂组为正常肝组织,仅高倍镜下可见少量肝细胞有小空泡样变。结论楂七降脂袋泡茶剂能有效调节实验性高脂血症大鼠的脂代谢,为临床运用其防治高脂血症提供了一定的实验依据。Objective To study the influence of Zhaqi reduced-fat teabags on blood fat in hyperlipemia rats.Methods The SD rats in normal group were fed with basic forage and in hyperlipemia model group with high fat forage.The model rats were divided in-to model group,Zhaqi reduced-fat teabags groups with high,middle and low dosages respective-ly,Xuezhikang group.After 30 days continuous administration,the blood from carotid artery was for examination of the targets of blood fat,and then all the rats were killed to observe the hepatic tissues with microscope.Results Compared with the model group,the TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C increased remarkably in Zhaqi teabags group and Xuezhikang group with hyperlipemia were inhibited because of the tea,but the content of HDL-C raised up.To compare with the model group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;but there were no signifi-cance differences between Zhaqi teabags group and Xuezhikang group（P〉0.05）.The hepatic tis-sues in the model group were destroyed,but in Zhaqi group and Xuezhikang group were rarely destroyed.Conclusion Zhaqi reduced-fat teabags can regulate lipid metabolism in rat,which can supply experimental evidence for prevention and treatment of hyperlipemia in clinic.
