复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效。方法将52例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分成治疗组27例与对照组25例,治疗组采用复方苦参注射液加化疗治疗方案,对照组单用化疗。两组均观察4个疗程后进行近期疗效评价。比较两组的疗效和不良反应及对于患者生活质量的影响。结果治疗组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为77.8%及72.0%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应减少,生活质量提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤为一种有效、安全的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound kuh-seng injec-tion combined with chemotherapy for multiple myeloma.Methods 54 patients were random-ly divided into the therapeutic group treated with compound kuh-seng injection plus chemotherapy and the control group treated only with chemotherapy,and the 4 courses of treatment in both of them.Results The effective rates in therapeutic and control groups were 77.8% and 72.0% respectively（P 〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the adverse reac-tions decreased and the life quality improved in therapeutic group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Com-pound kuh-seng injection combined with chemotherapy is an effective and safe treatment for multiple myeloma.
