健瘫灵水丸佐治缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健瘫灵水丸治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法将药材经过煎煮提取、微粉,以水泛丸制备成水丸剂,分别用于缺血性脑血管病患者急性期、恢复期及后遗症期的治疗,并设对照组,观察神经功能缺损恢复情况。结果治疗组急性期治愈率和总有效率分别为28.57%、98.98%;恢复期为5.17%、100%;后遗症期为2.27%、84.09%。均高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上加用健瘫灵水丸能提高缺血性脑血管病的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of jiantanling water pellets on ischemic cerebrovascular disease（ICE））. Methods Jiantanling water pellets were used to treat ICE） at the acute stage, the restoration stage and the sequel stage. The curative effects on neurological function deficts were compared between the treatment group and the contrast group. Results The curative rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 28.57 % and 98.98 % respectively at the acute stage, 5.17 % and 100 % at the restoration stage respective- ly and 2.27 % and 84.09 % at the sequel stage respectively, all of which being higher than those in the contrast group（ P 〈0.01 orP 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Jiantanling water pellets can be used as adjuvant drug to treat ICD.
