摘　　要：我国民办高校随着改革开放兴起，并逐步发展壮大，大致经历了探索孕育、确立地位、快速发展和内涵建设四个阶段。尽管民办高校发展迅速，已经成为高等教育的重要力量，但制约民办高校发展的内外部环境仍然亟待改善。Our country Managed by the people University emerges along with the reform and open policy, and grows strong gradually, has experienced exploration breeding, the establishment status, the fast development and the connotation approximately constructs four stages. Although the managed by the people university develops rapidly,already became the higher education the important strength,but restricted the internal and external environment which the managed by the people university developed still to urgently await to improve.
