摘　　要：建立一套科学合理的重点学科建设评估指标体系，通过自我评估的方式，寻找学科建设中存在的问题，并以此来调整学科建设的结构和布局，已成为地方高等院校学科建设的重中之重。本文在剖析重点学科建设评估内涵、意义的基础上，对地方高等院校学科建设评估指标体系构建的原则、策略进行了思考并提出了可操作化建议。Setting up a set of scientific and reasonable assessment index system for the construction of key subjects,by means of Self--Evaluation, finding out the problems and adjusting the structure and location of the construction of subjects became the most important aspect in the subjects＇ construction of the local universities and colleges. This paper analyzed the connotation and meaning of the construction of key subjects and discussed the principle and strategy of the construction of the assessment index system of the construction of subjects in local universities and colleges. Finally,the article gave a number of operable suggestions for it.
