摘　　要：党的十七届四中全会明确提出，“党员、干部模范学习践行社会主义核心价值体系，是建设马克思主义学习型政党的重要任务”，之所以这样判断，是因为该体系全面反映了人民群众的意愿和心声，把党的主张、国家意志和人民意愿有机统一起来，把政治与伦理、理想与现实结合起来，既体现了广大人民群众共同的愿望追求，又代表了不同群体的利益诉求，具有无可比拟的先进性和广泛性，是引领和整合多样化社会思潮的鲜明旗帜，是全民族奋发向上的精神力量和团结和睦的精神纽带，同时也是“中国思维”、“中国模式”的全面启动和运用。因此就建设马克思主义学习型政党而言，学习和践行社会主义核心价值体系就成了重要内容。Party＇s 17 sessions of Fourth Plenary Session proposed explicitly that,＂the party member, the cadre model study fulfills the socialism core value system,is constructs the Marxism study political party the important task＂, the reason that judges like this,is because this system had reflected comprehensively people＇s wish and the aspiration,party＇s position, the national will and the people＇s wish unify organically, politics and ethics, the ideal and the reality unifies, both has manifested broad masses＇s common desire pursue, and has represented the different community＇s benefit demand, has the incomparable sophistication and the universality, is eagerly anticipates with the conformity diversification society ideological trend bright flag, is spirit which the entire nationality upliftingsThe strength and the unity harmonious energetic link, simultaneously also are ＂the Chinese thought＂,＂the Chinese pat- tern＂ comprehensive start and utilization. Therefore speaking of constructs the Marxism study political party, studied and fulfills the socialism core value system to become the important content.
