摘　　要：长期以来，我国各级各类英语学习者对于如何学好英语这个问题始终困扰着他们，本文通过例举出当前大学生学习英语的状况，详细分析了这些问题的原因，最后结合作者和新东方教学运用励志教育进行英语教育的积极效果为例，，证明励志教育对于提升大学生的英语水平和兴趣有着重要的激励作用，为促进我国英语教育不断发展和进步具有一定的借鉴和研究意义。Since long ago, how does our country all levels of each kind of English learner regarding learn English this question always to puzzle them, this article points out the current university student through the example to study English the condition,the multianalysis these question reason, finally unified the author and the new Eastern teaching utilization pursues a goal with determination to educate carries on English education the-positive effect is an example,proved pursues a goal with determination to educate regarding promotes university student＇s English proficiency and the interest has the important drive function,for promotes our country English education to develop and the progress unceasingly has certain model and the research significance.
