小剂量A型肉毒素矫治单侧面瘫的疗效与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量A型肉毒素重复注射矫治单侧面瘫的疗效及安全性,以期达到较佳的外观效果,为单侧面瘫的治疗寻找更加理想的方法。方法测估定位后,采用小剂量A型肉毒素行健侧面部颊肌处多点注射。3-6个月后重复注射。结果本组18例患者,治疗后48-72h起效,3-6个月后需重复注射,随访6-18个月,面部外观改善效果较满意。结论小剂量A型肉毒素稀释后定点、定量注射用于矫治单侧面瘫,安全有效,操作方法简单,并发症少。能够成为矫治单侧面瘫的一种理想方法。Objective To evalution therapeutic effect and safety of the treatment of facioplegia by BTA-X with low dose, to get a fine result of appreance and find an ideal way to cure facioplegia. Methods After have assessed of allocation, we injected BTA-X with low dose to uninjured side of face by many point. Then duplicated injection after 3-6 months. Results The treatment has it＇s effect to 18 patients after 48-72 hours, and they are duplicated injection after3-6months. Follow-up 6-18 months, they get fines result of facial appreance. Conclusion The way to cure facioplegia by BTA-X with low dose with fixedpoint and fixed-quantity has many advantages：safety and effect, easy and less complication. It may be an an ideal way to cure facioplegia.
