简析多种方言影响下的新加坡式英语特点

摘　　要：由于在历史上受到中国移民、马来文化、印度文化和英国殖民统治的多重影响,新加坡形成了独有的语言,即新加坡式英语(Singlish),也称为新加坡口头英语。这种语言在新加坡民间应用广泛,具有很强的生命力。它在本质上仍然属于英语,但是其语音、节奏、词汇和语法等方面都受到了中国闽粤方言的深刻影响,体现出中国文化和马来文化的高度融合性,具有鲜明的特点。本文对新加坡式英语的形成和发展进行简述,以期通过语言的研究进一步了解新加坡独特的文化,对中国与新加坡的经贸往来和文化交流作出贡献。Due to the historical reasons, Singlish （Singapore Colloquial English） is influenced by the Min and Yue dialects in phonetics, rhythm, vocabulary, grammar, etc. This article briefly analyzes Singlish for understanding the Siugaporean culture through language, as well as encouraging people in China with diversified culture and various dialects to take English as a language tool, to communicate with the outside world and spread our splendid Chinese culture to the whole world.
