摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤生物标志物(TM)广泛地被用于恶性肿瘤的诊断、预后、治疗及对疗效的判断等方面。在乳腺癌相关的TM中,HER-2原癌基因已成为一个研究热点。目前已发现HER-2与乳腺癌的转移预后都密切相关。现在人们仍在不断深入探索HER-2在乳腺癌发生过程中发挥的作用并不断完善与其相关的临床检查和治疗方法。In recent years,tumor biomarkers（TM）has been widely used in cancer diagnosis,prognosis,treatment,and on the effect of judgments and so on.In the TM in breast cancer,HER-2 proto-oncogene has become a research hotspot.It has been found that HER-2 and breast cancer metastasis and prognosis are closely related.Now people are still continue to explore in depth HER-2 in breast cancer and the role of the process of continuous improvement associated with the clinical examination and treatment.
