准分子激光屈光性角膜手术感染的控制与管理

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜手术感染的原因、控制与管理的方法,以进一步降低手术风险,提高安全性。方法通过分析引起感染的外界因素和内在因素,找出控制与管理准分子激光屈光性角膜手术感染的方法:建立健全系统的管理制度,加强人员培训和管理,提高人员素质。加强无菌物品的科学管理,通过各种监测查找不足,及时进行分析、整改和总结。一旦发现感染,积极抢救。结果根据准分子激光屈光性角膜手术的特点,摸索出一套控制、预防与管理感染的方法,运行五年余无感染发生。结论加强准分子激光屈光性角膜手术感染的外界因素和内在因素各环节的控制与管理工作极其重要。Objective To investigate the cause,of control and management methods of infections in excimer laser refraction cornea surgery,in order to lower surgery risk,and improve security.Methods Analyzed the internal and exterior factors that cause the infections.Finded out methods to control and manage the infections in excimer laser refraction cornea surgery：establish and consummate systemic management institutions;supervise personnel at different levels perform the rules and regulations;strengthen personnel training and management;improve personnel quality;strengthen the research-on-research management of sterile articles.Finded out insufficiencies through all kind of supervision.Analyze,rectify,reform,and summarize in time.Once infection happened,rescuing actively.Results According to the features of excimer laser refraction cornea surgery,crocidismused a set of methods to control,prevent and manage the infections,runned more than five years without infections happened.Conclusion it is very important to strengthen control and management work of infections in excimer laser refraction cornea surgery.
