孔源性视网膜脱离术中不放液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察孔源性视网膜脱离术中不放视网膜下液的临床效果。方法分析112例（112眼）一般裂孔源性视网膜脱离采用检眼镜直视下巩膜冷凝外加压、不放液法进行手术治疗的临床资料,观察视网膜下液的吸收情况。结果视网膜下液术后第1天（24 h内）完全吸收者82眼,占73.21%;术后第2天吸收者15眼,占13.3%;第3天吸收者10眼,占8.93%;第4-7 d吸收者2眼,占1.79%;总吸收率为97.32%。结论不放液使孔源性视网膜脱离手术较简便易行、安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the surgical technique of RRD with no releasing of the subretinal liquid.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 112 eyes of 112 cases with RRD,the surgery was performed with ophthalmoscope,which contained proper condensation and bulkling on the surface of the sclera,but no releasing of the subretinal liquid,then we observed the absorption of the subretinal liquid.Results The subretinal liquid of 82 eyes of 82 cases（73.21%） was absorbed completely within twenty-four hours,and 15 eyes of 15 cases（8.93%） within fourty-eight hours,2 cases of 2 eyes（1.79%） within one week.The total absorptivity was 97.32%.Conclusion With no releasing of the subretinal liquid,the RRD surgery was simple,safe and effective.
