摘 要:Akirin基因家族中Akirin2基因与哺乳动物肌纤维类型密切相关。鸟类中仅有Akirin2基因,为研究Akirin2与鸭肌纤维类型的关系,本文比较了鸭10、14、18、22、27日胚龄及出生后1周龄(P7d)胸肌和腿肌的发育差异,并采用QRT-PCR法检测了Akirin2在以上各阶段胸肌、腿肌中的发育性表达。结果表明,Akirin2基因的表达与胸肌肌纤维的发育关系密切,其表达的增高伴随肌纤维直径的增粗;相反,在腿肌中Akirin2的表达降低伴随肌纤维直径的增粗。因此,Akirin2基因与鸟类红肌纤维发育关系密切,其有可能是鸭胸肌发育以及肌纤维类型组成的关键基因之一,值得在今后的基础研究和育种研究中引起重视。The Akirin2 gene belongs to the Akirin gene family in mammals,while there is only Akirin2 gene in birds. The Akirin2 has a close relationship with the muscle fiber type differentiation in mammals,in order to know the relationships between A kirin2 gene and muscle fiber types in birds,the developmental differences between breast muscle and leg muscle of ducks during embryonic stage 10,14,18,22,27 days and 7 days postnatal age were compared,and mRNA expression of Akirin2 in these tissues of developmental stages were detected using QRT-PCR method. The results showed that developmental expression level of Akirin2 had a close relationship with duck muscle fiber development. The increasing expression level of Akirin2 accompanied with the increasing of breast muscle fiber diameter, while it was just the opposite in leg muscle. Therefore ,A kirin2 gene may play more important roles in breast muscle than leg muscle,and it might be one of the key factors influencing breast muscle growth and differentiation. That deserved a more great attention in fundamental study and animal breeding research in the future.
