摘  要:目的分析中小学教师主要职业紧张反应类型及其主要影响因素。方法应用职业紧张调查问卷修订版(OSI-R)收集某市区2335名中小学教师职业紧张资料,用SPSS15.0进行多元逐步回归分析。结果中小学教师职业紧张反应以心理紧张反应为主,患病、工作环境、理性处事、任务界限、责任和任务不适等是其主要影响因素。结论确定中小学教师职业紧张反应主要类型及其影响因素,对于制定有针对性的干预措施以缓解中小学教师职业紧张有重要意义。Objective To analyze the major type of occupational stress and its principal influential factors in primary and secondary school teachers.Methods The data were collected by Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised edition (OSI-R) from 2,335 primary and secondary school teachers and then analyzed by SPSS15.0.Results Psychological strain was the primary type of occupational stress and its principal influential factors were disease,physical environment,rational coping,role boundary,responsibility and role insufficiency.Conclusions It has important significance to identify the type of occupational stress for developing targeted interventions to ease tension in the teaching profession according to different types and effects of occupational stress.
