摘 要:以费约果Feijoasellowiana Berg.4个品种花粉为试材,测定其花粉数量,研究花粉离体培养萌发条件。结果表明,Mammoth、Coolidge、Triumph、Unique的单花药花粉数量分别为8580、5127、4327和5980粒。Mammoth花粉在1%琼脂+15%蔗糖+0.005%硼酸培养基上萌发率最高,为78.98%;Coolidge、Triumph和Unique花粉在1%琼脂+10%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸培养基上萌发率最高,分别为54.80%、61.31%和52.30%。The pollen amount and germination rates of 4 Feijoa sellouiana cultivars were studied. The results showed that the average pollen number of one single anther from Mammoth, Coolidge, Triump and Unique were 8 580, 5 127, 4 327 and 5 980, respectively. Pollen germination rates varied with cultivars and cultural media. The highest pollen germination rate, 78.98%, of Mammoth Feijoa was from medium of 1% agar + 15% sucrose + 0. 005% boric acid while those of the other three varieties were from medium of 1% agar + 10% sucrose + 0.01% boric acid, and were 54. 80%, 61.31% and 52. 30% respectively.
