摘　　要：民族地区村民自治的实施情况关系到民族地区的安定团结与经济社会发展。以贵州省雷山县丹江镇白岩村为例进行分析,提出贵州民族地区村民自治的对策建议。The implementation of villagers＇ autonomy is closely related to the social stability amd unity,and economic and social development of ethnic areas.Taking Baiyan Village of Danjiang Town,Leishan County,Guizhou Province as an example,the countermeasures of villagers＇ autonomy in ethnic areas of Guizhou Provice are suggested.
