急性脑梗死患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9变化及醒脑静注射液的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与急性脑梗死的关系,观察醒脑静注射液对MMP-9的干预作用。方法选择急性脑梗死患者46例,随机分为常规组与治疗组。常规组单纯采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在常规组基础上加用醒脑静注射液静滴,并在第1天、第3天、第8天、第14天时清晨空腹抽取肘静脉血,对比MMP-9变化。结果治疗组治疗后第14天MMP-9浓度降至正常,MMP-9浓度下降程度明显高于常规组,特别在大面积梗死亚组。结论MMP-9血清浓度与急性脑梗死面积大小成正比。经药物治疗后,MMP-9血清浓度无高峰出现,呈缓慢下降曲线,醒脑静注射液干预治疗组下降更明显。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：Routine group（n=23）treated with western medicine and treatment group（n=23）treated with Xingnaojing injection and routine medicine.Blood samples were collected in the morning at first day,third day,eighth day,and fourteenth day for test of MMP-9.Results The serum MMP-9 concentration in treatment group descended after treatment.The MMP-9 concentration in treatment group was decreased obviously than that in routine group,especially in patients with large area infarction.Conclusion The concentrations of serum MMP-9 was proportional to the infarction area.Xingnaojing injection could down-regulate serum MMP-9 concentration.
