摘　　要：在建设社会主义新农村的大背景下发展农村教育,必须构建合理的农村教育结构体系,三教统筹,整体推进,其中,高校应该扮演重要的角色。就忻州地方而言,忻州师范学院要想在发展当地农村教育方面继续作出新的重大贡献,主动适应新形势提出的新要求,调整和改革现行的"扶贫顶岗实习支教"计划已是势在必行。It is very necessary to construct a reasonable system of rural education structure for developing rural education under the background of new rural construction.Among them,colleges and universities should play an important role.And in XinZhou city,it is imperative that XinZhou teachers college adapt to the new situation and new demands and adjust and reform the current education alleviation plan to make new contributions in developing the local education.
