高职教育人才结构中的规格需求分析

摘　　要：人才结构是一个动态发展的结构,新的人才结构必然要求新的人才规格与之相适应。通过对人才结构新格局的形成及其对高职教育人才规格的要求、高职教育人才规格的现状及原因的分析,提出应对人才结构新格局要求的高职教育人才规格举措。Personnel structure is dynamic,evolving with the development of production. It is required that the new talents specification must adapt to the new personnel structure. This article discusses the status and reasons for higher vocational education talents specifications are also analyzed and measures of higher vocational education in response to personnel structure in the new pattern are discussed.
