摘　　要：法理学在法学专业学习中处于非常重要的地位，法理学教学不应只关注对法学技术的讲授，而应该注重对学生法律素养的培养。在法理学课程设置上，应该分年级分层次设置。在教学内容上，针对大学一年级的学生应引导其从法的价值去认识法，针对三年级学生应注重对其法律的技术层面的传授，同时应当运用多种教学方法，提高教学质量。The jurisprudence is at the extremely important position in the legal science specialized study. The jurisprudence teaching should not only pay attention to legal science technology teaching,but pay great attention to the student law accomplishment raise. In the jurisprudence curriculum,should divide the grade to establish in administrative levels. At great time knows the law from the law value,when big three,pays great attention to regarding the legal technical stratification plane instruction,simultaneously strengthens the jurisprudence case teaching method the promotion.
