摘　　要：目的了解我院门诊抗溃疡药的应用情况,分析临床用药特点及发展趋势。方法利用我院药剂科自行编制的处方评价及药物利用研究系统,对我院2009年门诊抗溃疡药的应用情况进行统计和分析。结果 2009年全年抗溃疡药使用患者中,18～44岁患者最多,在抗溃疡药物中,质子泵抑制剂无论从处方数量,患者数量,金额百分率均属抗溃疡药前列。结论质子泵抑制剂在我院使用量大,临床使用广泛。Objective： Understand my hospital application of anti-ulcer drugs, analyzing clinical characteristics of drug use and development of tendency. Methods： Using hospital pharmacy department which self-prepared drug prescription evaluation and research system to statistics and analyze outpatient application of anti-ulcer drug in 2009 hospital. Results： The number of patient which is most large from 18 to 44 years old who account all anti-ulcer drug use patients in 2009 full-year, among the anti-ulcer drugs, proton pump inhibitors are forefront now regardless of the number of prescriptions, patients＇ quantity, the amount of money percentage. Conclusion： Proton pump inhibitor which is a large amount of use and clinical widespread use in our hospital.
