东北老工业基地产业集群的衍生路径研究

摘　　要：针对东北老工业基地某些产业已经形成了潜在集群,但规模化集群形态的产业组织衍生能力不强的问题,首先对产业集群衍生路径进行了界定,在此基础上分析了东北老工业基地产业集群的衍生过程4种基本的路径:业务外包、企业裂变、中小企业吸附和配套产业的移植。衍生是产业集群成长的必要途径,区域内的衍生能力是产业集群的活力所在和成熟的标志。这些衍生路径既拓展了产业集群的产生方式,也为东北老工业基地产业集群的形成提供依据。The paper proposes the definition of paths of spin-off for industrial clusters and puts forward four paths aiming at the problem that the spin-off ability of industrial organization is not strong in the large-scale clustering patternst,hough many potential industrial clusters have come in the Northeast Old Industrial Base.Then the paper analyzes the paths of spin-off which are outsourcinge,nterprises fission,absorbed small and medium enterprises and the transplantation of coordinated departments.Spin-off is essential to the growth of industrial clusters.The ability of spin-off in the region is the vigor and the mature symbol of industrial clusters.These paths of spin-off are not only develop the generation mode of the industrial clusters,but also provide a basic method to form industrial clusters in the Northeast Old Industrial Base.
