摘　　要：依据资源型企业物流的现状提出了物流转型成本的概念,系统地分析了物流转型成本的构成及当企业处于不同的发展阶段时各个转型要素之间的关系,得出了最佳转型时机,对资源型企业物流向社会物流转型的实施具有一定的借鉴作用。According to the present situation of resource-based enterprise logistics,this paper proposes the concept of cost of logistics transformation,explains in a systematical way the composition and the relationship among the elements of the transformation at different stages of the enterprises,revealing the most desirable time for the transformation.It can provide certain guidance to the transformation of resource-based enterprise logistics into social ones.
