摘  要:为减小倾角仪的测量误差以满足盾构姿态角的测量精度要求,基于曲线拟合原理研究了倾角仪温度漂移误差和非线性误差的软件补偿方法.根据倾角仪测量实验结果,首先建立不同标定倾角下的温度漂移误差的线性模型,然后通过曲线拟合求出模型的各个系数与倾角的关系函数,最终得到倾角仪的误差补偿公式.实验证明,这种方法不但可以有效消除环境温度变化对倾角仪测量的影响,还能校正倾角仪自身非线性造成的测量误差,补偿系数少,求解方便.On the basis of the principle of curve fitting, a software compensation of temperature drift and nonlinear errors from inclinators was proposed, which can reduce the measurement errors from inclinators and meet the measurement accuracy for shield attitude angles. According to the experimental results of inclinator, the linear model of the temperature drift error at different calibrated inclinations was set up at first and then the relational function between each coefficient of the model and the incli- nation was obtained by curve fitting, finally an error compensation formula of the inclinator was acquired. Depending on the formula, the aim of calibrating the inclinator's output in certain temperature range was achieved by calculating the error and eliminating it in real-time. The experiments verify that this method not only can remove the impact of environmental temperature variation on measurement but also could correct the nonlinear error effectively. Besides, the compensation coefficients of this method are few and quite convenient to solve.
