摘  要:探讨了温度、搅拌时间、破乳化剂、金属减活剂等因素对汽轮机油破乳化性能的影响。试验表明,随着温度的升高和搅拌时间的延长,汽轮机油的破乳化性能先增强后减弱;不同的破乳剂对油品破乳化性能的影响不同;对于同一种破乳化剂,随着浓度的增加,油品的破乳化时间先缩短后延长;金属减活剂油溶性羊毛脂在0.001%~0.02%范围内对汽轮机油的破乳化性能影响不大,但当含量超过0.03%,油品破乳化时间会显著增大,对油品的抗乳化性能有很大的影响。An approach to the influence of factors, such as temperatrue, agitating time,kinds of demulsltier,and metal deactivator etc. , upon demulsibility of turbine oil has been made. Test shows that the demulsibility of turbine oil changes from better to worse along with the temperature rise and the prolonged agitation time,different demulsifiers have different influence upon the demulsibility of turbine oil. For same demusifier,with the increase of its concentration,the demulsification time of oil is firstly shortened and then being prolonged. The dosage of metal deactivator,namely oil soluble lanoline,has certain influence on the demulsibility of turbine oil,when its concentration is in a range of 0. 001% - 0.02 %,it has little impact on the demulsibility of turbine oil, but when its content is increased to over 0.03%,it will have significant effect upon the demulsibility of oil.
