摘　　要：桩核冠修复是目前公认的治疗残根残冠的修复方法之一。随着计算机辅助设计及制造的广泛应用及修复材料的发展,桩核冠修复后修复体及剩余牙体组织的应力分布研究较多,对修复效果的影响备受关注,尤其是新修复材料的发展、牙体剩余组织的多少方面。就修复材料的种类、牙本质肩领的制备、黏结剂等影响桩核冠修复效果的相关研究予以综述。Post-core crown restoration is recognized as one of the treatments of residual root and crown.With the wide range of computer-aided design and manufacturing applications and the development of new repair materials,There was more progression in Stress distribution of dental prosthetic restoration and the residual tooth tissue,especially about the development of the new repair material and the residual tooth tissue.In post-core crown,types of repair material,preparation of dentin shoulder collar and booding agent are important.These infactors play a vital role on results.This article reviewed the latest reaserch factors of the post-core crown.
