摘　　要：嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎(EG)是以胃肠道组织中嗜酸性粒细胞异常浸润为特征的胃肠道罕见疾病,病变可累及从食管到直肠的全胃肠道壁各层。其发病机制尚不明确,临床表现多种多样,症状和内镜下表现无特异性的,易造成临床误诊误治。现对EG的临床表现、诊断及治疗等方面的问题进行综述,希望对临床医师认识此病有所帮助。Eosinophilic gastroenteritis is a rare gastrointestinal disease,which is characteristic of eosinophile granulocyte excessively infiltrating and could involve in every layer of astrointestinal tract.The etiopathogesis is still uncertain.The clinical manifestation is diversified,it′s symptom and feature of endoscopy are aspecific,which leads to misdiagnosing easily.The present article describes clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis which may be helpful for clinicians.
