摘　　要：当前影响高校稳定的内在因素集中表现在管理方法滞后,招生缺乏自主性,师资力量薄弱,文化缺乏特色,民生缺乏关怀等五大方面。维护高校稳定的主要措施是,理顺管理体制,完善管理制度,强化管理细节,提高管理效能;沟通与宣传双管齐下,实现规模与质量协调发展;理顺职称关系,加强能力建设,创新用人机制,建立评价体系;做好规划,定好目标,完善硬件,优化软件;完善场地建设和学生助学体系,提供星级服务。The internal factors affecting the stability of colleges and universities are intensively manifested in the backward management approach,the lack of self-autonomy in recruitment,weak teacher resources,the lack of cultural characteristics and the lack of concern about livelihood,the five major aspects.The main measures to maintain stability of colleges and universities are as follows： the management system should be straightened out and optimized,the management details strengthened,and the management efficiency improved;both communication and publicity should be used simultaneously to achieve the coordinated development of the size and quality;the professional title relationship should be smoothed,capacity-building strengthened,employment mechanism innovated and an evaluation system established;a good program should be made with a good target,the hardware improved and software optimized;the site construction and the system to assist the impoverished students should be bettered;star-rated service should be provided.
