摘 要:我国工业污染物的检测指标主要分为大气污染、固体废弃物污染和水污染三大类。要对工业污染物进行综合控制,必须了解工业大气、固体废弃物、水污染等不同污染物之间的相关程度及全面污染的程度,但是现有的研究较少关注污染物之间的相关性,而是针对不同的污染物分别采取措施,难以实现高效的综合治理。本文对我国31个省、直辖市和自治区的工业污染物检测指标典型相关进行了实证研究,研究结果表明,我国工业大气污染与固体废弃物污染,工业大气污染与工业废水污染之间存在显著的典型相关关系,但在工业固体废物污染与工业废水污染之间,除了个别污染物之间具有较强相关性以外,整体的相关性并不显著。此结论对建立以工业大气污染为主的环境治理政策具有积极的指导作用。Detection indexes of China Industrial pollutants can be divided into industrial air pollution, industrial solid waste material pollution and industrial waste water pollution. In order to realize the goal of integrated control of industrial pollutants, correlation degree of three industrial pollutants and the overall pollution degree should be investigated. However, the correlation of different industrial pollutants is mostly ignored in existing research, so it' s difficult to realize efficient comprehensive governance. In this article, empirical study is carried out which using a method of canonical correlation analysis of the monitored indexes of industrial pollution of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The result shows that there is a significant canonical correlation between industrial air pollution and solid waste material pollution, industrial air pollution and industrial waste water pollution. Except stronger correlation among several contaminants, the overall correlation between solid waste material and waste water pollution is not so notable. The solution will be helpful for designing suitable environmental governance policy, focusing on air pollution, effectively preventing and curing the industrial pollution in China.
