摘　　要：SX2190重型汽车电气系统为24V单线制、负极搭铁。电气元件采用德国波许（Bosch）公司的产品。为提高SX2190型汽车的越野性和通过性，该车装有分动箱差速锁、桥间差速锁和轮间差速锁。差速锁采用电控气操纵，在使用过程中，差速锁开关指示灯常会出现故障，下面介绍常见故障的判断与排除方法。The electrical system for SX2190 heavy duty vehicle consists of a 24V single wire system and negative earth,adapting BOSCH electrical components.In order to improve off-road performance and trafficability,SX2190 is equipped with transfer case differential,center differential and axle differential.As differential system is electronic controlled,there are often malfunctions occurred for switch indicator.This paper introduced some common malfunctions involved and solutions to the problems.
