摘  要:目的:评估壳聚糖和氯己定协同控制菌斑的作用效果。方法:用伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans Aa)诱导Wistar大鼠牙周炎模型,24只大鼠模型随机分两组,实验组用0.1%氯己定和0.2%壳聚糖混合制剂口腔冲洗,对照组用0.1%氯己定单独冲洗,1周后对大鼠牙菌斑和颊黏膜处Aa取样菌落计数分析,并进行菌斑指数和牙龈指数评分。结果:实验组和对照组颊黏膜Aa菌落计数(×104cfu/ml)分别为0.00±0.12和0.02±0.09,无显著性差异(P>0.05),牙菌斑Aa菌落计数(×104cfu/ml)分别为0.19±0.08和0.47±0.14,实验组少于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组牙菌斑Aa菌落计数均大于颊黏膜(P<0.05)。实验组菌斑指数小于对照组(P<0.05),而牙龈指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:壳聚糖和氯己定具有协同抗菌斑作用,联合使用比单独使用氯己定能取得更好的菌斑控制效果。Objective:To study the synergistic antiplaque effect of chitosan and chlorhexidine.Methods:24 Wistar rat models of periodontitis were established by mixing a given amount of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans with the feed, then were divided into two groups randomly.The trial group were rinsed orally with combination of chitosan and chlorhexidine, while the control group with chlorhexidine alone.After 1 week, the oral flora of the rats were sampled from the dental plaque and the buccal mucosa, and numbers of Aa were determined from cfu/ml by counting Aa colonies.Dental plaque index(PLI) and gingival index(GI) were evaluated.Result:Aa colony counts(×10^4cfu/ml)from buccal mucosa in trial and control groups were 0.00±0.12 and 0.02±0.09 respectively, and there was no significant difference between them(P〉0.05).However, Aa colony count(×10^4cfu/ml)from dental plaque in trial group was less than that in control group(P〈0.05), 0.19±0.08 and 0.47±0.14 respectively.In the two groups Aa colony counts from dental plaque were more than those from buccal mucosa(P〈0.05).PLI in trial group was less than that in control group(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in GIs of two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Chitosan and chlorhexidine have synergistic antiplaque effect and the combination of chitosan and chlorhexidine could result in a superior plaque control effect than chlorhexidine.
