摘　　要：结合电力企业信息安全建设及管理的现状,阐述了电力信息安全领域存在的问题,在分析电力信息安全存在的风险和需求的基础上,针对电力信息化建设的特点,提出电力信息安全保障体系框架,并详细论述电力企业建设信息安全保障体系各模块的核心内容。Combined with the status quo of information security construction and management of power enterprises, problems in the field of power information security are expounded. Upon analyzing the risk and requirement of power information security, a framework of electric information security assurance is proposed in light of the features of power informatization. The key content of how to construct modules of electric information security assurance system is discussed in detail.
