摘 要:针对中碳合金钢连铸板坯出现的中间裂纹,利用低倍酸洗、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对中间裂纹宏观和微观特征进行检验分析,发现在裂纹处元素锰、磷、硫有明显的富集,钢中锰、硫、磷等杂质元素的晶间偏析是铸坯产生中间裂纹的内因。确定了铸坯凝固过程中中间裂纹的产生位置,计算出凝固时铸坯在此位置的总应变,发现铸坯承受的载荷是裂纹产生和扩展的外因。Based on the central crack of continuous casting slab, various techniques such as acid wash, optical microscope and SEM were used to test and analyse central crack, the results show that there are serious element segregations such as manganese, phosphor and sulfur in the crack band, the intergranular segregation of some elements such as manganese, phosphor and sulfur is the inner cause of producing in central crack. The position of central crack was determined, and the total strain in this position at solidifying front of the slab was calculated, it shows that the loads of the slab are the outer cause of forming and extending in central crack. It is available for reference to improve the quality of continuous casting slab.
