摘 要:根据摩托车钳体零件的结构特点,以侧注方式设计了挤压铸造模具;又以侧注模具为研究对象,对铸件的充型与凝固过程进行计算机模拟。结果表明,给定的工艺参数能使合金液平稳充填,无卷气现象。但在凝固模拟过程中发现,在制件的两侧安装部位因厚大未能实现顺序凝固,有缩孔缩松缺陷产生。最后通过在厚大部位增加型芯的方法消除了铸造缺陷,为生产出性能优良的零件提供了依据。The squeeze casting mold design has been completed on the basis of the structural characteristics of the motorcycle clamp body part by using the side-injection way. According to the designed mold, the simulation on the filling and solidification process of the part in squeezing casting process has also been carried out. It has been concluded that the given process parameters can make alloy liquid filling smoothly without any gas involving. Because of thick walls during the solidification process, it fails to achieve the goal of solidifying in sequential solidification, and shrinkage defects exist on both sides of the installation positions. Finally, the casting defects have been eliminated by adding the core at thick parts, which provides a basis for producing excellent parts.
