摘　　要：目的研究促黄体激素释放激素(LHRH)基因与绿脓杆菌外毒素A(PE40)基因重组蛋白(LHRH-PE40)对非小细胞肺癌细胞A549的毒性作用。方法从用扫描电镜观察LHRH-PE40对A549细胞产生的细胞毒性作用,用流式细胞仪检测LHRH-PE40对A549细胞周期的影响。结果扫描电镜观察可见LHRH-PE40对A549细胞产生的毒性作用使A549细胞表面凸凹不平,流式细胞仪检测发现LHRH-PE40使A549细胞出现明显的凋亡。结论 LHRH-PE40可以诱导A549细胞凋亡。Objective To study the effect of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone-pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin 40 （LHRH-PE40） on A549 cells. Methods The morphological change of A549 cells caused by LHRH-PE40 was observed with SEM（scan electron microsocpe）. The cycle of A549 cells was detected by PI staining and flow cytometry. Results It was found that the surface of A549 cells was scraggy caused by LHRH-PE40 under SEM. It was also found that the apoptosis of A549 cells caused by LHRH-PE40 appeared by PI staining and flow cytometer. Conclusion LHRH-PE40 promotes the apoptosis of A549 cells.
