摘  要:目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在结直肠癌中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成、临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法免疫组织化学SP法检测80例结直肠癌、30例结直肠腺瘤、30例结直肠正常组织中bFGF的表达情况,并检测CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果 bFGF在结直肠癌的阳性表达率显著高于结直肠腺瘤及正常结直肠组织(P<0.05)。结直肠癌bFGF阳性表达组的MVD明显高于bFGF阴性组(P<0.05);高MVD组bFGF阳性表达率显著高于低MVD组(P<0.05)。bFGF的表达与结直肠癌Dukes分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结直肠癌bFGF阳性表达组的5年生存率明显低于bFGF阴性组(P<0.01)。结论 bFGF与肿瘤血管生成密切相关,其过度表达提示肿瘤具有更高的恶性潜能及不良预后。Objective To study the expression of bFGF in colorectal cancer and its relationship with tumor angiogenesis,clinicopathologic feature and prognosis.Methods The expression of bFGF was detected in 80 cases of colorectal cancer,30 cases of colorectal adenoma and 30 cases of normal colorectal tissue by immunohistochemical technique.The microvessel density(MVD) marked by CD34 was also detected.Results The positive expression rate of bFGF in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in colorectal adenomas and normal colorectal tissues,P〈0.05.In colorectal cancer,the expression of bFGF was significantly correlated with Dukes stage,invasive depth and lymph-node metastasis,P〈0.05.The MVD of the bFGF positive expression group was significantly higher than that of the negative expression group,P〈0.05;the positive expression rate of bFGF in high MVD group was significantly higher than that in low MVD group,P〈0.05.In the cases of colorectal cancer,the 5 years survival rate from the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis in the bFGF positive expression group was significantly lower than that in the negative expression group,P=0.0043.Conclusion bFGF is closely related to tumor angiogenesis,whose overexpression may lead to advanced invasion of colorectal cancer and unfavorable prognosis.
