摘　　要：目的探讨神经细胞粘附分子在腺样囊性癌中的表达及其在腺样囊性癌嗜神经性侵袭中的作用。方法采用Envision免疫细胞组织化学二步法,完成病理切片,作半定量病理分析。结果神经细胞粘附分子在腺样囊性癌不同病理类型中表达无统计学差异;在肿瘤浸润组和神经侵袭组阳性表达率明显高于无浸润组和无神经侵袭组且有统计学差异;在有淋巴结转移组阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组但无统计学差异。结论神经细胞粘附分子是腺样囊性癌的特异性分子之一,介导腺样囊性癌对周围组织的浸润和对神经的粘附。Objective To study the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule （NCAM） and its effect on neural invasion in adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC）.Methods Semi-quantitative pathologic analysis and two-step Envision immunohistochemical staining was performed.Results There was no significant difference of expression of NCAM between the different types of ACC. The rate of positive staining of NCAM in group of tumor-infiltrating and neural invasion was absolutely higher than that in group of no tumor-infiltrating and no neural invasion.The positive staining rate of NCAM in group of lymph node metastasis was higher than that in group of no lymph node metastasis ,but there was no significantly statistical difference.Conclusion NCAM is one of the specific moleculars to mediate the infiltration of surrounding tissues and nerve adherence of ACC.
