白眉蛇毒血凝酶与泮托拉唑联合应用于上消化道出血的临床观察

摘　　要：为了考查新药白眉蛇毒血凝酶在不同的消化道出血中的疗效,将80例上消化道出血患者按不同的疾病进行分类,用白眉蛇毒血凝酶2 KU,1次/d静脉滴注,连续3 d。泮托拉唑40 mg,1次/d静脉滴注,连续3 d。结果显示对消化道出血总的有效率为93.75%,其中以消化性溃疡组疗效最佳,总有效率为95.6%。白眉蛇毒血凝酶止血作用迅速可靠,无明显毒副作用,给药途径广,在临床止血治疗中值得推广应用。To evaluate the haemostatic effect of hemocoagulase in different gastrointestinal bleeding,80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding sorted by kinds of diseases were intramuscularly injected with hemocoagulase for intravenous drip 2 KU twice a day for 3 days and pantuolqzuo intravenous drip 40 mg twice a day for 3 days.The results showed that the total effective rate of upper gastrointestinal bleeding was 93.75%,the effective rate of peptic ulcer bleeding was 95.6%.Hemocoagulase can response to the gastrointestinal bleeding rapidly without obviously side effect.Therefore,it is worth widely applying in the treatment of bleeding.
