摘　　要：财务公司是金融业与工商企业相互结合的产物，１７１６年首先产生于法国，其后英、美各国相继效仿设立。当代西方的财务公司一般以消费信贷、企业融资和财务、投资咨询等业务为主。虽然各国国情不同，各国财务公司的主业各有侧重，但基本上属于一类以促进商品销售为功能特...Abstract According to the result of investigation,there are more than seventy finance corporations now,The administration of finance corporations in China doesn't conform to the standard of developed country's finance corporations.The finance corporations in China not only serve as sub firm of enterprise groups,but also serve as non bank financial institution.The finance corporations'businesses cover the field of bank,trust,investment,securities,etc.The risk of finance corporations in China is bigger than that of other countrys. After analysing the problem of finance corporation,The suggestion on policy is put up.
