摘  要:目的:采用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)直接测定全血中的镉。方法:全血样品经2%硝酸、0.2%磷酸二氢铵混合溶液稀释后,用横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定全血中镉。结果:对16份样本进行测定,相对标准偏差<10%,加标回收率在97%~106%之间。标准曲线在0μg/L~4μg/L范围内线性良好,方法的检出限为0.02μg/L,质控样品检测结果满意。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏,准确度高,精密度好,适用于全血中镉的测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of cadmium in whole blood with graphite oven atomic absorption spectrometr(GFAAS).Methods:The samples were diluted in a medium containing 2% nitric acid and 0.2% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate before being introduced directly into the fumace and then detected by Zeeman GFAAS.Results:Determination of the sixty samples,the rate of recovery was controlled between 97% and 106% and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0 μg/L~4 μg/L,the lowest detection limit was 0.02 μg/L.The mensuration result of the control samples is satisfied.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and of high sensitivity and precision for direct determination of cadmium in whole blood.
