摘 要:目的:了解长治地区儿童碘营养状况及尿碘水平。方法:采集长治市12个县(市、区)8岁~10岁儿童尿样1208份,采用酸消化砷铈接触法检测。数据用spss13.0处理。结果:学龄儿童尿碘中位值为281.50μg/L,尿碘>100μg/L的百分比为88.66%,尿碘>300μg/L的占25.33%;尿碘<20μg/L的样本比例为0,尿碘<50μg/L的样本占2.90%,尿碘<100μg/L的占11.34%。不同性别学龄儿童尿碘水平差异有显著性。结论:长治市现阶段人群碘的摄入量可以满足机体需要,机体碘营养状况良好。Objective:To investigate iodine nutritional status and the urinary iodine level in children in Changzhi.Methods:Urinary iodine specimens from 1208 children were tested by spectrophotometry with redox catalytic of As-Ce.Data were analyzed by spss13.0.Results:The results indicated that median of urinary iodine was 281.50 μg/L.The percentage of urinary iodine 〉100 μg/L was 88.66%,〉300 μg/L was 25.33%.The percentage of urinary iodine 〈20 μg/L was 0%,〈50 μg/L was 2.90%,〈100 μg/L was 11.34%.The urinary iodine content was significant difference between the boys and the girls.Conclusion:The iodine intake is enough at present in Changzhi.
