摘　　要：营利性教育的兴起呼唤对营利性教育进行理论解释。营利性教育的兴起是市场力量介入教育资源配置、加速知识生产与转移的尝试。营利性教育的本质是学生和营利性教育机构之间建立起来的知识交易的关系。政府应当从政策扶持和制度管理两个方面干预营利性教育。建立客观公正、简明有效的营利性教育认证体系是政府为发展营利性教育进行的最为重要的准备。The rising of profit-making education calls for the theoretical interpretation on the profit-making education. The rising of profit-making education is the trial of market power to interfere with educational resource allocation, and speed up knowledge production and transformation. The essence of profit-making education is to establish the relationship of knowledge transaction between students and profit-making educational institutions. Government should intervene in profit-making education from the two aspects of policy-supporting and system-managing. To establish objective and fair, simple and effective educational certification system is the most important preparation for government to develop profit-making education.
