摘 要:随着教育教学改革不断深入,高校教育教学质量意识不断增强。受高校教师来源多元化与专业学科化因素影响,高校教师所具有的双专业属性较少,其专业化程度同人们的心理预期反差较大,专业化问题成为高校教师职业持续发展的瓶颈。需要树立教师专业化理念,不断完善教师专业发展制度,加大教学评估力度,推动高校教师专业发展。With the implementation of teaching reform, the consciousness on teaching quality in higher education is becoming stronger. Due to the diversified sources and disciplinization of university teachers, the less dual-profession of university teachers, and the bigger contract between the professionalization level and the social anticipation, the issue of professionalization has become the bottom-neck for the sustainable development of university teachers. In the perspective of professionalization, the professional development of university teachers has become the key point of teaching quality in universities. It is a necessity for us to establish the concept of teacher professionalization, constantly improve the system on teacher professional development, strengthen teaching evaluation, and promote the professional development of university teachers.
