关于蒙古族传统文化公法保护的思考——以内蒙古乌审旗为例

摘　　要：乌审旗位于鄂尔多斯草原的核心区,保存了典型的蒙古族传统文化,其经济的迅猛发展为文化的发展奠定了基础。在现代化进程中,蒙古族传统文化也在走向商业化的过程中受到了一定的冲击和削弱,主要包括蒙古族文化的物质基础草原面临危机,蒙古族的传统生活方式面临挑战,蒙古族传统文化的载体不断弱化,蒙古族传统文化过度商业化等。对蒙古族传统文化进行保护的措施主要是:在公法领域加快蒙古族传统文化保护的相关立法、加强包括财政帮助在内的文化行政执法、建立游牧生产方式保护区、继续加强对草原的保护等。Wushen County lies in the core of Ordos prairie,and keeps typical Mongol traditional cultures whose foundation is the rapidly economical development.During the modernization and commerce,Mongol traditional cultures stand certain strike and impairment,which includes the crisis of prairie as the foundation of Mongol traditional culture,the challenge of Mongol traditional lifestyle,the carries weakened of Mongol traditional culture,excessive commerce of Mongol traditional culture,and so on.The measures on the protection of Mongol traditional culture includes stepping up cultural legal system on public law,strengthening cultural administrative execution at the core of financial help,erecting protection region of nomadic productive lifestyle and keeping improving the protection of prairie.
