摘  要:目的探讨经验学习圈理论在护理管理者培训中的效果。方法评估管理工作及管理人员现状,制订培训计划和学习圈培训流程,按具体体验、反思观察、抽象概念、积极实践4个循环过程实施培训,并对培训效果及培训前后护士对管理工作满意度、患者对护理工作满意度进行评价与比较。结果学员对培训效果满意度达到了100%,对管理工作满意度由2007年的89.7%提高到2009年的95.8%、患者对护理工作满意度由2007年的92.3%提高到2009年的98.7%。结论运用经验学习圈理论进行管理培训效果满意,能提高管理人员综合能力,从而提高管理绩效。Objective To evaluate the effect of experiential learning circle theory in the training of nursing administrators. Methods Based on experiential learning circle theory,the following measures were carried out,such as assessment of the current status of nursing management and management staff,formulation of training program and training process of learning circle,implementation of the training program according to the cycle of four steps which consisted of specific experience,reflective observation ,abstract concepts and active practice. Then,the training effects were evaluated by investigation of the trainee satisfaction,nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Results The trainees' satisfaction with the training program was 100%. The nurses' satisfaction with management increased from 89.7% to 95.8%. The patients' satisfaction with nursing increased from 92.3% to 98.7%. Conclusion Application of experiential learning circle theory can improve the effects of management training,enhance the administrators' overall competence and thereby to improve the management performance.
