摘  要:采用接枝法将甲基丙烯酸(MAA)接枝于微米级硅胶表面,制得了接枝有甲基丙烯酸的接枝微粒PMAA/SiO2,采用红外光谱(FTIR)对其化学结构进行了表征,用金相显微镜观察了接枝微粒的形貌。采用静态法研究了功能微粒PMAA/SiO2对碱性氨基酸精氨酸吸附性能,考察了介质pH、离子强度及温度对其吸附性能的影响,探索了吸附机理。研究结果表明,在较大的pH范围内,接枝微粒PMAA/SiO2对碱性氨基酸精氨酸表现出很强的吸附能力,而对酸性氨基酸的吸附能力则很弱;随着介质pH值的增大,PMAA/SiO2对精氨酸的吸附能力呈现先增强后减弱的规律,在pH=7处,吸附容量可以达到239mg.g-1;温度升高,吸附容量减小;盐度增大,吸附容量降低。The poly methyl acrylic acid(PMAA)was grafted on the surface of micron-sized silica gel with the method of "graft from" to prepare grafted particles PMAA/SiO2.The chemical structure of the grafted particle was characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and the grafted particle was observed by metalloscope photograph.The adsorption of arginine on the grafted particles PMAA/SiO2 was studied with batch method.The effects of the main factors such as pH value of the medium,ion strength and temperature on the adsorption property of PMAA/SiO2 were investigated.The experimental results showed that the functional composite-type particles PMAA/SiO2 exhibit strong adsorption ability for the alkaline amino acids,whereas the adsorption ability for the acidic amino acids is weak.The adsorption capacity of PMAA/SiO2 for arginine has a maximum value at pH=7,which is 239 mg·g-1.The adsorption capacity decreases with the increase of temperature and salinity.
