摘　　要：笔者综合欧洲肠外肠内营养学会最新发布的肝病肠外营养指南、ICU肠外营养指南和近期相关文献,着重简述了肝衰竭和失代偿期肝硬化患者肠外营养指证、时机、要点和注意事项等,以临床实际需求和问题为导向,尽量给出明确的意见和条款,为专科医师和ICU医护人员提供决策帮助。Based on European Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition （ESPEN） guidelines on parenteral nutrition （PN） in hepatology and intensive care published in 2009 and relevant literatures published recently, this review focuses on summarizing the indications, timing, key points and notes of the use of PN in the patients with liver failure and decompensated cirrhosis, and is intended to offer definite suggestions and items in view of clinical practice and questions, in order to help guide clinicians and nurses involved in the nutritional support for patients with liver diseases and in intensive care, to the optimal use of PN.
