Mini Five刮治器结合盐酸米诺环素治疗磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价Mini Five型Gracey手工刮治器结合盐酸米诺环素治疗磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变的的临床疗效。方法:32例患者的68个Ⅱ度根分叉病变磨牙进行配对分组治疗。实验组患牙在常规超声龈下刮治后应用Mini Five型Gracey手工刮治器进行根面平整,局部注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,每周1次,共4次;对照组患牙在常规超声龈下刮治后应用标准型Gracey手工刮治器进行根面平整。比较两组患牙治疗后5周的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)和水平探诊深度(HPD)四项临床指标以及治疗成功率。结果:①.两组患牙的PLI、BI、PD和HPD均较基线时有改善(P<0.05);②.实验组指标的改善明显优于对照组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且实验组的成功率为85.29%,明显高于对照组52.94%(P<0.01)。结论:应用Mini Five型Gracey手工刮治器结合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变,能取得较好的临床效果。Objective：The aim of this clinical trial was to evaluate the clinical effects of mini five curettage instrument and monocycline hydrochloride in class Ⅱ furcation involvements treatment.Method：Thirty-two patients with sixtyeight teeth presenting at class Ⅱfurcation involvement were recruited.Plaque index（PLI）,bleeding index（BI）,probing depth（PD）,horizontal probing depth（HPD）were recorded at baseline,and 5 weeks after therapy.Following a baseline examination,an ultrasonic subgingival device was performed with every case,than a single episode of scaling and root planing（SRP）was provided using mini five gracey curette and monocycline hydrochloride in the test group,and standard gracey curettage in the control group.Result：At baseline,there were differences between two groups（P 0.05）.The test group,mean PIL,BI,PD,HPD differed significantly（P 0.01）.Treatment achievement ratio of the test group was 86.29 %,which was significantly higher than control group 52.94 %（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The results suggest that non-surgical treatment with mini five gracey curettage instrument and monocycline hydrochloride has a significantly better potential in treating class Ⅱ furcation involvements.
